North Tahoe Fire was dispatched to a medical aid for an injured cross-country skier in Paige Meadows. North Tahoe Fire immediately requested TNSAR Snowmobiles to respond. Ray O'Brien and Brian York heard the request and responded. Ray went directly to Paige Meadows and Brian went to the garage to get the rescue sleigh. Ray provided transport of the medic to the patient and assisted with packaging. Patient was transported via snowmobile and stokes litter to the ambulance at the end of Silver Tip.
